We’re excited to welcome you to the registration page for our 5th annual women's retreat, themed "Rooted". Whether you're a familiar face or new to our community, we encourage you to enhance your connection with yourself and others as we continue to build on the strong foundation we've created over the years. Together, we will celebrate our growth in our mental health journey, exchange experiences, and discover how to navigate life with resilience. Join us in Gatlinburg for a transformative experience that celebrates our collective dedication to mental health and wellness!

Day 1

Introductions, icebreakers, and delicious light bites are a few highlights of day one of our retreat. This day is focused on building relationships and getting to know each other, setting the foundation for a successful and collaborative event. We will make sure everyone is comfortable with their room assignments so you can get a good night's sleep after travel and be ready for the rest of the retreat.

Day 2

We will be taking a trip to Gatlinburg to explore the natural beauty of the area. We'll be going on scenic hikes, taking in the breath taking views of the mountains and valleys around us. Once we return to the cabin, we'll have a delicious dinner, unwind, and get to know each other better through fun activities. So get ready for a day filled with adventure, excitement, and unforgettable moments!

Day 3

We continue our exploration of mental, physical, social, and emotional health. Our day will begin with a nourishing breakfast and group yoga, followed by mental health workshops designed to help you increase your understanding of how to care for your well-being. Don't forget to dress up for our fancy themed dinner, where you can socialize and indulge in delectable cuisine.

Day 4

It's time to say goodbye. However, before we depart and head back to reality, we'll enjoy a light breakfast together and reflect on our retreat experience. We'll discuss our key takeaways and share any final thoughts or experiences from the retreat. For those who are interested, we will also head back to Gatlinburg to explore before departing. It's sure to be a memorable final day.
